Jenny Landry - E-RYT® 200, CPT

Jenny began practicing in 1998 for the same reasons many of us do - to reduce stress, build strength and gain flexibility. She soon discovered that yoga offered so much more. In 2011 she completed her teacher training at Chesapeake Hot Yoga and opened Serenity Yoga in 2014. She is also a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Believing that everyone can benefit from yoga, her goal is to help students develop a practice that is meaningful, sustainable, joyful and healing.
